The Joy Agency’s inspirational beginnings emerged after founder Paige Kearin spent five years (2001-2006) in one of the top speakers bureaus as an agent. While she cut her teethe working with many exciting world leaders from Lance Armstrong to Phil McGraw to Naomi Judd and with some of the top companies in the world from AstaZenica to Deliotte to Goldman Sachs, the nature of speakers bureau is it is largely tied to market trends and popular demand and not to the individual speaker.
“What I desired was more sincere, deeper, long standing relationship, I wanted to be working on more thoughtful, creative and strategic work to help a few master their career” states Paige Kearin.
The mission was clear –provide top and focused speaker services to a choice few world changers. And with that the Joy Agency was born.

Our Name
Our name was chosen to honor the man who gave The Joy Agency it’s start.
In 2006, by Dr. Patch Adams’ generosity, an entrepreneur and the Joy Agency was born! Patch’s mission is to spread “care and joy” in the world and therefore in recognition of his gift we chose our name “The JOY Agency, LLC.”

Hello there, I’m Paige, founder and CEO of The Joy Agency.
Everyone needs people they trust. Public figures have an especially heightened need to work with people of exceptional integrity, care and certainty. For that reason, let me share a bit about myself.
Outside of work, I delight in time with my friends and family. I am married to my high school sweetheart and together we have two daughters. My husband loves me because I give great head scratches. My daughters love me because I’m always good for spontaneous dance parties in the kitchen. My son loves to snuggle with me. My friends love me because I add spicy to their ingredient rack. When I have free time, I enjoy day dreaming about the future, sleeping in, triathlon training and ice-skating with my daughters.
I am continually inspired by the human spirit. I believe business is a rich harvesting ground to grow us emotionally, intellectually, interpersonally and spiritually. This company is my calling and passion. It’s my canvas and portal to live the life I’ve imagined …and continue to imagine.
